“Learning is the
process whereby knowledge is created through the transformation of experience”
(David A. Kolb, 1984).
Kolb, also known as David Kolb, produced his learning
cycle in 1984. Two levels of learning styles include a four stage learning
cycle and four different learning theories which concerns an individual’s
internal cognitive processes. By becoming involved in new experiences, the
impulsion for development of new intellection is provided.
